Are there any fees involved with an order?

I haven't received the ordered product/the product, I received was broken. To whom should I complain?

You need to contact the merchant from whom, the product was bought. Since we are just facilitating the conversion from crypto currency to fiat currency and buy on your behalf, we can't provide assistance for the products and/or the delivery of products, neither aren't we responsible for any fraud caused by a merchant.

Once the payment request has been paid, we will send you the receipt, we received from the merchant.
